Welcome to our Website. We are two people, Mark Aanonsen and Glenn Varanyak. We have been involved in various aspects of building and repair maintenance our whole lives, as well as purchasing experience.
In 2003, we started sub-contracting for a Builder, doing finish work. When the homeowners took possession, they liked the work so much that they hired us for additional items like finishing basements, tiling backsplashes, bathrooms, landscaping, you name it. What we also discovered is that Homeowners need repairs and renovations that larger builders do want to be involved with, usually because of their size. If a Homeowner did talk a larger contractor into doing a job, it became too cost prohibitive (expensive).
This is where we've found our niche. We are affordable and like the variety of work required. Our most recents jobs included, but were not limited to: Decks, Vinyl Fencing, Bathroom remodel, Closet Remodel Finishing a basement, putting down oak tonuge & groove planking, just to name a few.
